i gained some weight last month when i was sick, about 4 or 5 pounds. i was a little discouraged like you but its not a big deal. the best thing to do is think long term. think that your lifestyle includes eating right and lots of exercise for the rest of your life. then the little bumps in the road will be no big woop.

you can buy perfect pushup handles at walmart.....really helps with the strain on your wrists

it's hard not to live and die by the scale....i jump on the scale every morning. sets my mood for the whole day, good or bad. i can't help it i guess i should throw it out the window ;)

the best thing to do is to finish off the box and don't buy it again, that's what i usually do. and jump on the treadmill
