WHEW!!! Now that I have read all of your comments...I am happy that I bought them all!!! LOL Thank you so much for all of your comments, tips, and input...I have taken a tally and it is about even but #2 and #4 are tied for first!!! it all has to do with cardiovascular health...like I had said earlier...mine used to be around mid 90's resting, and is now low 50's resting!!! That is the diff of NEVER working out, to now doing cardio exercise at LEAST 5 times/week for over a year straight!!! The more conditioned your heart is, the less it needs to beat…

nothin yet...but yesterday was like MY Monday since it was my first day back to work! and I was almost late (which would have been my 2nd time in 9yrs!), got caught in construction, and had a crappy busy night at work!

my son's school just switched BACK to regular clothes after being in uniform for years!!! There was no diff in the teasing aspect from before to after...and the kids are much happier now that they can wear what they want and express themselves for who they really are! I DISAGREE with unifoms :)

in the long run...NO! A calorie is a calorie!!! BUT....you may FEEL better or worse with one type of food versus another, and you may get more bang for your buck with the salad versus the sandwich! If you are craving the sandwich...get it! just don't get the fries to go with it, and realize that you MAY be hungrier a lil…
