binging is a horrible eating disorder...having to "recover" from it myself...i can safely say it sucks!! HOWEVER...it is like any disease...you cannot overcome it until you first admit you have the problem...then you have to be ready...until you are ready...nothing you do will work! end o' story!

ok...so it took me a bit to get started...but 45lbs from 2003-2010 (7.5years), BUT once I joined MFP I lost 62lbs in 15 months, AND now I have been maintaining between 123-125 for the past year and am working on my body fat % instead! TOTAL lbs lost from start to finish: 102.4lbs

I personally havent met many women that are 15-18%....and the girls who I know that are skinny...are fat skinny so to say!! so I am totally not sure where their bf% lies...but I think the point is...if you are happy with how you look to YOU, then bf% and weight doesn't make a damn bit of diff!! they are all just numbers :)…

first of all...I don't think you look fat at all!! But I think we may have simliar body types...I am 5'3" 127lbs and 23.8% bf (30lbs of fat and 97lbs of LBM)....and not sure if you can get in my profile pics...but that is what it looks like!! (minus the excess skin of course)!!

alright girly....I totally feel your pain!!! My son is more of a indoorsy versus outdoorsy person too!! In order to get him to do more physical activity...limit how much he can go on the computer or play games or even read!!! If you limit the things he normally does...he will have to fill his time with other things!!…

first and foremost....get your bf% checked...it's good to know where you are at! second of all...I would suggest increasing your cardio a bit, while also increasing your weights a bit....that will help to burn fat and gain muscle...which is what you want to do! third of all...be sure to switch up your routines on…
