yes and after just a month :0 you can see the 'v' at your hips and your waist looks way more defined below your chest! As for the lines (stretch marks because you have lost weight) if they bother you use Bio-oil on them will make a huge difference! Well done, Keep it up!

I weigh twice a week. Find it most beneficial as I felt daily weigh-ins showed too much variation to really know if I was on track. Normally do it Monday and Thursday. to keep myself on my toes :)
