i've heard hard boiled eggs take more calories to digest then they r to eat.Anyone know anything about that?

Keurig K cups usually island coconut. Try to only have 1 but sometimes I do have 2. With 1 stevia in the raw and non dairy powdered creamer. Ghats down from the 4 or 5 cups I used to drink!! Yay for me!!

Same opinion as everyone else. I LOVE MFP. Supportive and friendly people just a few jerks! :smile: Would never go back to Spark after accidentally finding MFP

I have an elliptical that "knows "my age n weight so I go by those numbers for calories, seems to me MFP is usually off anywhere between 50 and 100? I just go with the lowest number coz it will make me work harder! Its all just estimated anyway so err on the side of caution right? :wink:

I don't like drinking water either unless its ICE cold. Recently I have been putting either a little lemon or lime juice in mine to give it a little flavor. It helps me I try and drink about a gallon of water a day. Aarrgghh. Its a lot for someone who only used to drink diet Coke.! I tried Mio and crystal light stuff but…

I have a Sole E35 elliptical, I use the #'s the machine gives me and not MFP. MFP is usually off from anywhere between 50 &100.

Skinny cow stuff is GREAT and does not taste 'diet '. Also, I bought a bag of ghiradeli (idk if spelling is correct) dark chocolate squares and when I'm craving sweets -pretty much all the time - I eat 1 square S l o w l y . That helps me. Good luck

I kinda do.Some choices I make r healthier but mostly I try n keep portions under control.Those 100 calorie snack pack things are wonderful 4 me. Been doing this for a month and exercising n have lost 8.5 lbs and 6 inches

Ice cream with some milk -kinda like a THICK milkshake with whipped cream and caramel drizzled on top. Oh boy do I miss that. Been 1 month n I used 2 eat 1 EVERY SINGLE DAY. No wonder I was 200 lbs huh,? And Twix. Cant 4get those

OMG so if this machine says that for 30 minutes I burned 230 calories, I really only burned 130????or LESS? WOW what's the point. That's truly discouraging.
