  • It's great. I used to get exhausted just running down the garden path, and I'm now able to run 15 mins without much trouble. Cant wait till I can do 30 mins all at once. I've noticed just how quickly it burns calories too. In the 15 mins that I run for my age and weight, I burn 300 cals. It's awesome. If you get to a…

  • If you dont count the calories, then your intake/outtake wont be calculated correctly. The whole exercise of logging what we eat and burn off isnt a punishment or way of admitting one's guilt at not being healthy, its a way to ensure that you're hitting your targets and on track to lose the weight that you want to lose. • Yep, that's what I want pretty much! Also, trying to avoid heart problems before they happen as I know they run in the family.
  • I like my guy to have a little more than stubble. I hate that 5 o'clock shadow stubble and he has sensitive skin so he doesnt like me touching his face after he's just shaved. He cant really grow a beard properly though because it doesnt quite fill out properly.
  • I'm getting a little obsessed already and I'm only a few days in. Its good for me though because prior to that I had no awareness and polished off pasties, chocolate bars and fizzy drinks without even a thought about the calories I'm putting in. At least now I'm thinking "if I eat this chocolate bar, I'd have to run for 15…
  • I need some motivation and friends to help me through. Non-MFP friends are not supportive! I've signed up to a gym, and since I came back to MFP at the start of the week, I've started to realise just how many calories I over eat per day without even thinking about it! Eeeep! Anyway, I'm 27 and live in Lancashire in…
