Well now I know that I am not alone!!! I have a ww scale and it drives me nuts!! I always go by the number that i get twice. First one is always the lowest for some reason, then it goes up and down every time i step on. Maybe it IS time for a new one!

LOL the gym I joined last January was exactly like that... I even needed an appointment to cancel, and an appointment to get my money back when they didn't stop the auto payment. I told them to shove it up their *kitten* on the third one, just credit my friggin acct... I say run.... fast and far from the fancy gym!!

I'm 5'1" and my goal is 120. In high school I weighed around 105ish... but 20 years and 3 kids later my body is certainly not the same. When i get to 120 I will see and go from there.
