thank you everyone :) you're all so kind! I did diet too - although i prefer to call it a lifestyle change hahaha ;) - but i wasn't really strict on it, and i didn't have loads of protein or whatever, i just tried to eat clean and keep below my calorie limit :) i think i'm going to try ripped in 30 next! and i'm also…

10 pounds = Chemical additives an average American consumes each year hahahaha :)

I've been on every pill they have haha! and i have the implant. nothing works, they work for a few months then make me worse than before. I've had the pill and implant combined which is not recommended but the doctors told me to, and that didn't work either! :(

yep! it's terrible for me because i'm on for at least 2 weeks, normally longer. so it's half a month of pure desire for chocolate, cake, and burgers :'( i just try fill myself up with healthy foods or exercise to take my mind off of it. or i cry like a ***** and complain to everyone that i hate the world and need cake.…

i finish mine tomorrow, i'll post pictures then! :D

I think level 2 is the worst, because it seems to be based on cardio and lots of jumping! it gets easier after a few days, just like level 1 does :) level 3 is hard, but not as hard as level 2. that's more strength based and getting you muscles. just keep at it, realllyyy push yourself until you feel like you're going to…

i'm about to do day 7 level 3, i found it hard to keep motivated, but i looked at before/after pictures on here and on google, and some of them are so good! i also just remember that its less than 30 mins, in the comfort of your own home, whereas some people spend houurrssssss and hundreds of pounds at the gym for similar…

i don't know what its called, but isn't there some sort of protein shakes/powders body builders and rugby players use (not steroids haha!) and if you drink them you get really bulky and put on a bit of weight? and if i recall correctly, if you don't exercise whilst using it you get really fat :) so maybe slip some of those…

to have a flat stomach by 27th august :) :)

I really like 30ds, and if you find it too easy (i've heard ripped in 30 is harder) then you could go straight to level 2 or 3 if you want :) and it's only £5 from play.com!

"Skinny looks good in clothes, fit looks good naked" :) that quote makes me always remember to exercise as well as dieting!
-
must remember this topic for when i finish mine! I'm on day 2 level 3, so close to the end!

my mum said that if i lose a stone, she'll give me £100 :') which will help nicely for uni so that's definitely a good reward!
-
I did the same, I lost 5lbs really quickly, then put on 2lbs, then stopped losing anything. i found that I had to really 'eat clean' and drink much more water, then I started 30 day shred which helped loads :)
-
I'd say treadmill, so you can go on it whenever you like, for as long as you like and you don't have to leave the house if you can't be bothered! :)

I'm in! Loving these mini challenges :D
-
my brother does this all the time, he underweight for his height (6ft5) and i'm overweight, and when I'm eating healthy things he constantly takes the piss and laughs at me, trying to force me to eat fatty foods so i put weight on. He also eats things like crisps, pringles, ben and jerrys ice cream and chocolate in front…

completed! legs are burrrniiinnngggg, woo :D
-
why not! never done this mini challenges before, lets see if i have the endurance to do it! :D

I think it's easy enough to do things at home - sometimes you need to invest in things like a dvd and weights, but then you have them for life, and you can use them again and again! I don't have any money to throw at the gym now that I'm a student, but I still manage to lose weight at home for free (after you pay for the…

well done, you look brilliant!

I have four :) They are all huge, the smallest one i have is on my foot but it fills my whole foot. I have a pin up girl on my back, roses and swirls on my left side/hip, a marilyn monroe portrait on my thigh and a rose and a quote on my foot. They are all easily hidden but easily shown too! I can just wear shorts or dolly…

Hi! I'm Amy from Leeds, Yorkshire :) I've currently 175lbs (started at 178lbs), wanting to get down quite a bit, but stuggling to lose any weight :( please everyone add me so we can help each other! :)

I always crave chocolate! especially a big bar of galaxy chocolate...mmmm :) but i don't give in (thank god), I either have a low calorie hot chocolate to suppress my chocolate cravings, or if i'm feeling reallllyyyyy hungry, I'll have 4 pieces of dark chocolate, because it's only 83 calories :)

This is such a good explanation! thank you for this :D
