how are people finding doing slimming world and MFP at the same time? My weight keeps fluctuating and now i've booked a holiday for june.... so I need to lose it quickly and ideally keep it off!

Just add people :) add a person, then add all their friends, then theirs, then theirs etc! That's what I did anyway!

Thank you everyone! :D Erm as for diet tips, I just tried to eat clean as much as possible, think about pacing my calories throughout the day (like now i'm eating 1580, I can eat 580 before tea time, then eat the rest after tea because I get more hungry at night time!)

i've had loads of different types of the pill, and i've had the implant too, and then had the implant and pill combined. everytime i've put weight on, and it always made me want to eat anything in my sight :( but some people don't get that whatsoever, it depends how lucky you are :')

i used to do exercise every day, and i'd lose about 1lb a week, but i've started exercising every other day and i'm losing much more! maybe having rest days, or not exercising every day might help so your body can rest? you never know! :)

make sure its on a flat surface, and i never take my weight loss on what it says on that bar it shows you, i go to the graph (next to your calender), click 'weight', and it gives you your actual weight :) much more precise! hope this helps :)

Aww thankyou Nicoles25! I think I did it in 31 days, I ended up having a day off at some stage, can't remember why :) as for eating, I just try to 'eat clean' as much as possible, but i then ruined that by eating chocolate ice cream every night :') hahaha

stopping taking the pill will probably make you gain at first then suddenly lose it :) but it takes a few months for the pill to be completely out of your system! i've been on pretty much every pill they have and the implant, sometimes combined, and it's a ***** to lose weight on it! the doctors are trying to make me go…

I made a chart which has sections for the exercise i'm going to do each day, and a little box to put my weight for when i weigh myself on wednesdays. i never make an allocated time slot, but i read a little thing somewhere saying 'do exercise first thing in the morning before you realise what you're doing!' haha, works for…

on 30 day shred, jillian used to make me do obliques to get the bottom podgy bit from my stomach! youtube it to see what she does. or buy the dvd, it should help :) and it's only £5 :)!

i'm a 36G, i was 178lbs when i started dieting and as long as you have a good sports bra, your boobs are completely fine! when i tried running or jumping without a sports bra it hurt, but when you invest in a good sports bra it completely goes away and you can do as much running, jumping and jiggling about as you want ;D

^^ it's all about being happy in your own skin. as long as you feel comfortable and healthy, that should be all that matters!

i was so much more miserable when i starved myself into a size 8-10 when i was 14 years old, now that i'm a size 16, i'm much happier within myself and i love my curves! :D go plus size! woo!

i think it depends where you are on the scale :) my grandmas shows the obese part because she's obese, but mine doesn't because i'm at the bottom of the 'risk of overweight' section. :)

i'd say just try drink loads of water, and if you've hurt your knee, maybe just do exercises related to your top half? so like sit ups orrrr ...orrr.....well i can't think of any others but you get my drift! make sure you don't strain yourself though :) you should definitely set yourself mini goals aswell, like losing X…

I had a 'day off' for my boyfriends birthday and we went for a meal, and the day after i'd put on 2lbs and took me forever to get it back off! just do extra exercise maybe? Everyone deserves a day off now and again :)
