I sweated a river, but I got the first day of level two done :-). I do like the first strength circuit of level 2 better than the first one of level 1. It was like she didn't put the hardest strength training first.

I'm doing the shred for 30 days straight. I just finished level one day 6.

I missed day 4, but I'm going to do an extra one today to make up. So far, so good.

I'm feeling day 1 a little bit, but it's not bad. I'm going to start day 2 now!
