did not do well at all which was very suprising. posted on week one accidently. not used to doing these types of things. Hopefully will get used to this soon. Cant wsit to get started and see some good things for all!

Took the initial test a day late but am planning on trying this with you all. Im only 48 but stuggling with the fact that my metabolism changed and has gone from.... can eat everything and stay at 115 lbs, to hardly eating and weighing 158. would love some friends that have gone through this part of life!

hoping reading others messages will help me understand how these things are done. I weighed myself late today so will weigh in tomorrow at a more appropriate time. Hopefully I will be able to get the hang of this soon:smile: Am getting about 7 to 8 glasses of water easily each day.:drinker:
