i visited Yogaville for an anti-anxiety workshop, which i really enjoyed! but next time i would just go on my own schedule and make my own plan. i do recommend going your first time for a retreat or workshop if you see one that interests you. the structure was nice and it helped me interact with and meet new people. i…

agreed, more veggies and less hot dogs. also some days you only ate 650 cals? and some days you didn't even eat dinner. your body probably won't react well to that. eat more. eat 1500 cals. eat more. your body will thank you. and then it will become stronger. and expend more awesome energy! and get stronger still! and be…

I use them both frequently on my long runs. i just pick the one that i feel like, or the one that suits the weather best. i'll take the camelbak especially if i want to carry some extra food or my kindle with me. running is super meditative me time, and…

i too am a picker. i have been as long as i can remember and it might fade away for a few weeks but it always seems to come back. i have successfully changed a lot of things about myself that i wanted to, but this one is still a problem. right now it's a little worse that usual and i was feeling helpless, which is why i…

Hi Megan, I'm really curious what you decided, how it went, and if you made your Boston time! i'm a slow runner, but i'm trying to pass the marathonmaniacs test too! i try very hard to keep running enjoyable and not get too hard on myself to constantly make a PR. i have two trail marathons coming up and the fear of failing…
