I've got a 100+ lbs to lose and would also love friends who can relate. Please feel free to add me. I'm getting the eating under control but am trying to focus on more exercise, because it actually makes me feel good (instead of focusing on what I have to give up).

Add me if you'd like. I'm just restarting myself. I don't know exactly how much I have to lose, but I know it's well over 100 lbs. Once I reach that marker, I'll see how I feel and set a more specific goal. Right now my goal is to feel good and get active.

Hi, I'm 43 and anyone interested can add me too. I don't have a specific number, but I have A LOT of weight to lose. I'm going to stop when I'm comfortable with myself and can do all the things I haven't been able to do because of my weight.

Yes, drinking water will help. It will flush out some of the sodium. Your body will also retain water if it's not getting a steady supply of it.

I think she's reporting her weight in kg, not lbs. That was my first thought when I was reading but then I saw that she listed her height in cm.
