I am pretty excited to get it going. Fed-Ex should be dropping it off tomorrow. I have done P90X, Insanity, and TH1on1 volumes 1,2 and some of 3 in the past 2 years. Trying to get down to 10% bf. I am guessing I will measure vertical jump, broad jump and 20 yard sprint for my sports related measurables.

The real deal is this. Do no use this site for weightlifting advice go to the bodybuilding.com forums and just read. Also look for the Total Metabolism Forecaster in the weight loss section.

Thats what my wife said but it really didn't seem that way as he just left and was probably 15 years older than me.

My PR is 25:59 in the 5k. Which was in October of 2010. I just started back running this week after some foot issues took 3 months off from running and am running about 27:40 in the 5k.

It's pretty hard remembering back to the first round of P90X as I am currently on Round 5. My biggest tip is to get involved in a good group on the beachbody site. That really helped me stay motivated during my first round. Having people there who were holding me accountable and expecting me to be there posting on a…

I started Round 5 a week ago. I have a custom schedule but should be at least as hard as P90X Classic. First phase for me is, like this. 1on1 Chest Back & Balls 1on1 Plyo Legs 1on1 Just Arms ARX 1on1 Diamond Delts ARX Running 6 Miles Rest Yoga Second Phase is Chest Shoulders Triceps Plyo X Back & Biceps Rest 1on1 Back &…

I use a suunto t3c hrm and my wife has a t1c we like them a lot. P90X is kind of tough to start out with if you are going it alone. I was already working out 3 days a week when I started. I know the origional P90 is easier to start with as is turbo jam. My wife likes chalean xtreme better than P90X because of the no…

I have tried both ways and although the "expert opinion" on this site is to weigh once per week I find it works best for me to weigh every morning no food or water wearing my birthday suit. I find that if I weigh once per week I loose my motivation on a daily basis which is something that I like. Just my thoughts on the…

I have to disagree with polar being the best I recently replaced my polar s210 with a suunto T3c and couldn't be happier with the suunto. Plus the suunto has user replaceable batteries so no waiting 2 weeks for a polar dealer to change them for you.

I can email you a pdf copy of the nutrition guide

There are many misconceptions with maximum heart rates and I have done a fair bit of reading on the subject. The reason I got interested in this was because my HR when working out was much higher than I expected. No formula can accurately predict your individual Max HR which is needed to determine your training zones. Some…

The amount of calories per minute will be based on your effort and workout routine. I do P90X and usually burn 17 cal/min during the stregnth workouts. Running I usually burn 20-24 cal/minute depending on my pace. Just get a HRM and stop guessing.

How many calories is he eating now? I am on a lower carb diet I do a 30/40/30 carbs, protein, fat mix. Not real low carb but much lower than MFP sets it at. I was doing a 20/40/40 for a while and that worked pretty well. I have to eat well below mfp's calories to loose weight I tried their recommended calories for 2 months…

I'm down with a running challenge I just started training with my wife for a half marathon in December. My "gains" will be limited to her gains since she is just starting and I have been running at least once a week for 8 months.
-
Mine took about 2 weeks. Which is why I bought a Suunto T3c instead of replacing my s210 battery again since the Suunto's have user replaceable batteries in the watch and the strap.
-
Great Job!!!!
-
This deal is over just in case anyone was wondering both watches are now 69.99
-
Most of that depends on your age the older you are the more likely it is that when you loose significant amounts of weight you will have loose skin.
-
You need to send it to polar I recommend sending the watch and strap to have both batteries replaced at the same time should be about $25 for both here is the service price list link.…
