Highs: Got in a good workout Sunday. Scale is moving down. Lows: A bit too much halloween candy made it's way to my belly. Stressful week and didn't make time for more workouts.

Well, the scale was ugly this week - but it was an accurate reflection of what no exercise & eating on the run (instead of planning) can get you. My favorite clean meal? lentils w/chopped veggies, avocado & lime juice.

Pam - I lose more when I don't eat my exercise calories. My calorie limit is set at 1200, which at times feels a little low for me (I'm 5'8" and right now 191#'s.)....
