Hello everyone. I did 30ds last summer and got great results then kind of fell off the wagon... ready to shred and tone up again. Its rough the first cpl days and I hate level 2 but if you keep it up, you'll all look AWESOME! =D Feel free to add me if you want. =)

depends on your overall level of fitness currently. If totally knew to working out, I would start out with just walking until you find that not challenging/too easy. Then I would do couch to 5K. great program! [/quote] Perfect! Thanks!

I've done the shred twice now and really enjoy it. I did a few days of insanity and hated it and quit. Workouts are twice as long as shred and I just didn't have time for it. Good luck w whatever you choose! :)
