Very inspiring! Same body stats as me except I starred at a higher weight. Currently 150 working on getting to 135. Great job!

Bump - great idea! Thanks for sharing!

Thanks for the inspiration! I am also cursed with the apple shape. My weight collects around the bust, stomache and linebacker shoulders :( I'm still trying to lose weight but I can see changes in my body. It's going very slowly.

I'm struggling to lose the last 15 lbs. I've been at the same weight for about 5-6 weeks. Working out, counting calories...nothing! I'm increasing my protein, added weight lifting to my routine and increasing my runs. I work 9 hours and have a 3 hour commute (1.5 hour each way) which makes it even harder. I'm at my wits…

I love how you've taken charge of your life and changing your body. You're an inspriation - keep up the great work!

I have the same issue and bought the Save Your Do. My hair still gets sweaty, it just doesn't drip all over my forehead. I usually let it air dry then use dry shampoo or I rinse it and condition it. It's not easy... p.s. Save your money.

Bump! Can't wait to make these!

Looking for active, supportive buddies. Feel free to add me! Tired of falling off the wagon.

I need to lose 25 pound and I'm looking for active friends to keep me motivated and I'll do the same for you! I workout 6 days a week (running and Jillian Michaels' DVDs - sometimes hiking). Need meal ideas, support and inspiration. Hopefully I can do the same for you.

I can't speak for everyone, but it's worked for me. I've done it without any breaks for 10 days. I've lost 5 pounds, 4 inches off my waist and 1.5 inches of my hips. I even downloaded it on my iPad so I have no excuse not to do it. I'm loving it.

I'm 47 and struggling with those issues. Just had a hysterectomy in January and gallbladder removal in March. I hope to stay motivated on MFP and not quit this time.

I started doing both on 6/4/12. I was really sore at the beginning, but I'm not sore anymore. I ran 3 days last week and did the 30 DS every day. I start week 2 of running tomorrow.

I started this morning. I can't wait to run my first 5K.

I started this morning - I need some motivation to stick to it.

I just started the 30 day shred last night and it seems pretty good. You have to do the DVD workout for 30 consecutive days. They recommend 10 days of level 1, 10 days of level 2 and 10 days of level 3. The workouts get harder by level. It reminds me alot of the exercises I had to do in Army boot camp. I'm hoping it works…

I had a total hysterectomy in January (kept my ovaries) and have not added any weight. I just got on board (again) and am totally committed to losing the 20 pounds I had to lose before the hysterectomy. My plan is to do the 30 day shred for 30 days in the evenings, adding in the walking DVD with Leslie Sansone in the…

I'm in! I kept working out as much as possible but it's all the extra treats that did me in!
-
I'm so with you! All the food from the holidays at work and at my in-laws set me back. I'm ready to get back on track. I plan on going for a nice run in an hour, now that the weather seems nicer!

Great job, keep it up! You look great.

It's tough on the weekends bc that's usually the only time my husband and I go out to eat bc I was so much during the week. My tricks for making it through the weekend: 1- I eat filling foods for breakfast and lunch with few calories, so I can save the calories for dinner. 2- I go to the gym or run around my neighborhood…

I started the HCG diet August and lost 25 pounds in 5 weeks. I used the hcg drops. It was easy and it taught me to eat healthier non-processed foods. I still have 9 pounds to reach my goal weight of 145 and I'm using myfitness pal to lose them in a healthy way. I'm exercising, eating well (for the most part) and feel alot…
