  • Just stick to it!!! And, if you have a "bad" day, just start over again the next day!! Good luck to you!! I am currently trying to get back to my happiest weight as well. So far, this has been my motivation...I don't want to end up over my calories for the day....and I want to look better in my clothes :) Good luck!
