think of your goal at hand before or even when the bad food is in your hands, think about what youll feel like after you eat it and is it worth being depressed over... also start to replace your bad food in the house with good food so it wont be any temptation and if your family has food around go out and just be active…

Id say---> Girl have some self respect and watch what you eat!!! you're going to get up to 200 by age 20 lol I'd also tell me to stay in track n field as long as i can :)
