Its a great workout to do just keep in mind do the whole video but if u need to stop and breath during it do that and if you cant do as many as they do its ok just do what you can do and you will get better at it and lose weight gain muscle and look great

Fasting is a bad idea that could make you keep the weight. U blew it today but today is today and tomorrow is new so when you wake up tomorrow just shrug it off and start over. You just need to do your best every day. Today was a mess up but tell yourself the rest of the week will be Great! Hope this helps. We all mess up.
