I just checked the scale I lost 3 kg in a week and a half

I'm on my second week 3rd day. I am confident in this program when I am done I am all sweaty my husband says my face is red:). In Just a week and a half, I notice clothes I recently been able to get into now are getting looser around my stomach. It's a great program with the proper diet you can reap good results.

I agree with this post she has a few different ones some with the belt/ and a band which has strength training in her walks.
