I've been doing midnight to 8am for nearly a decade. I had gained about fifty pounds over that time frame. I've lost about 40 the past year and a half. Exercise- I have been trying to fit in here and there. I am able to do a lot of unrestricted movement at work, so I've been using that to my advantage. Tons of extra stairs…
