Kids. I collect kids. Oh, and pets. LOL

Definitely better, way better than ever. :happy: My entire adult life previously I was chunky and mostly frumpy so yeah, I feel great in my 40s, better than my 20s even. :drinker:

They may be short and they may be thick but they're hard as rocks and I do love them. :happy: This pretty much sums up how I feel about them. :wink:
-
LOL Exactly what I was thinking. Wait...let me take a selfie first. Come on take a selfie with me! Should I put it on MFP, FB, IG, hmmm? :laugh: I think I have taken more pictures in the last year or so than in my entire life previously. :tongue: I know, I know, but it's fun! :laugh: I also take more pictures of other…

My current average pace is 10:30-11:30 per mile. So far my fastest ever mile was 8:54. My fastest 3 miles had an average pace of 9:20. When I started my average pace was at least 13-14 minutes per mile. I was so happy when I started running at an average pace of 12:00, the slowest running speed MFP lists. :happy:

The honest truth? To be hotter. It's so much more than that now: confidence, energy, zest for life, etc. but in the beginning it was mainly to ditch the frump I had spent way to much time in. :wink:

Around 20 for me.

Me too! Loathe it, can't change the radio station fast enough, I hope she says NO. :grumble:

Exactly this and I wouldn't talk about it anymore. Also be prepared for more indifference rather than support. You might be giddy to be down and size and your boyfriend may not care a bit. Don't let that get you down, you have your MFP peeps for support and you need to do what you need to do to be happy with yourself. Best…

For the first time in my life I can do a pull-up. :drinker:

And me as well. Wraps, creams, scrubs, etc. may temporally reduce the appearance and I see nothing wrong with going that route on occasion for say a pool party or something like that, just know that they are not ridding you of the problem. I really have hardly any cellulite these days but if/when I want to wrap I just use…

So inspiring! :happy: I'm 5'4" and about 178 in the 6/10 and 9/10 photos and 168 in the 3/13 photo (when I really got serious) and 145ish in the other. I'd still like to lose another 10-15 pounds.

Okay, I say 42 then. :tongue:
-
@cal - 42?

I'm fitter and thinner than I've ever been in my adult life (since I got pregnant for the second time at 20). I feel more healthy and beautiful than I ever did in my 20s and especially 30s. I have a before/after in my profile pictures. :happy: It's never too late! :wink:

I think 12 sounds perfect and congratulations and good luck!

Braid or bun. Sometime a pony tail knot, which I think is cute (if I'm racing or something :wink: ) and makes the pony tail quite a bit shorter.

I've been running for a couple years now. Did my first 25k in April and I'm going to run my first marathon in October. :happy:
