Mom of 6, working on it.

Yay, to Halloween! Yes, we will trick-or-treat! Candy hanging around for months on end has never been a problem in this house. Honestly, I don't even understand that. It will be gone in time for Christmas candy to move in.

I don't keep track but I do eat carbs. I'm about to eat a huge plateful of hash-browns!

No, it's never too late. Never, ever. My advice, just start logging. Don't even worry about your calorie goal (ha, easier said than done) that much just start tracking your food intake. Best of luck to you!

Hello bonjojo, can you see me waving.

I made it to, "Can it be scientifically proven?" :noway:

It has no bearing on my desire to be thinner, healthier, stronger. I do it for myself and my children.

I haven't had any but I do want dermal fillers especially for my tear troughs. I'm considering, considering a tummy tuck after I've been at my goal of a year or so. I don't have confidence in my tummy skin shaping up after all I have put it through but I do hope it won't come to that and that I will be happy enough…

No need to be jealous you're beautiful. Just because someone else may be pretty doesn't discount your own personal beauty in any way. Just be the best you you can be. I'm jealous of your horse. I sold my last horse about 15 years ago.

Non-issue for me. I don't have a gym or weights but I do a body-weight strength training program, Body by You. No other cardio. I run 6-7 days a week, 3-6 miles depending on the day with an occasional longer run every couple of week or so. I don't track my heart rate. Outside, I hate the dreadmill. (Remind me in January…

I do solemnly swear to not buy any candy for trick-or-treaters...... But I will take my army of kids trick-or-treating for as long as they can stand it and they will share, they will share a.lot. especially peanut butter cups and twix and kit-kats and snickers and butterfingers and peppermint patties. I will be nice and…

I didn't think so either!

Really? Is the universe against me? I think I've given birth enough times to earn this prize, and naturally at that. I get debilitating cramps sometimes. Usually if I start to take ibuprofen before I really need to it will keep the misery at bay. I have six kids, do you really want my opinion on birth control? I…

I'm 41 and while I'm not at my goal I do weigh less now than I have my entire adult life (since I was 20). Feel free to add me.

I want to lose 6 more pounds by Dec. 20th. I was thinking of a Christmas goal but decided on that date since it's my birthday.

My goal is more a level of fitness than a weight and/or measurement but I have guessed I when I achieve that level of fitness I'm looking for I will be size 4/6 with a waist less than 28 inches. Currently 33-29-38, guessing I'll be something like, 32-27-36.

Exactly, convince him with your actions not your words.

^^^ This. I also agree with the posters that say your belly doesn't look fat but rather bloated/distended. I know a young lady (early twenties at the time) that had a 12 pound cyst, that's rare, but these things do happen.
