Honestly? Because I'm anti sweat. That and the fact that after I have a hard workout I'm sore for about 6 days. I know I should be like "Whoo hooo, I'm sore because I did great at the gym" but in reality I end up gettin ticked off cause it hurts to squat down to pee or hold my arms up to wash my hair. So.... I didn't attempt do this for the reccommended 10 days without food because Iknow how thoroughly I enjoy the act of mastication (main reason I can't do any meal replacement shake diets) but I did go ahead and try the lemonade.
