I get all my protein from green leafy vegetables, nuts and seeds. Which is approximately 10% of my calories are from protein. I suggest researching for the healthiest sources of protein, and limiting processed carbohydrates. All proteins are not equally healthy.…

I've been vegan since January. I started eating 100% raw vegan 80/10/10 on April 29th. I feel really good, much better than when I was eating (sad) or a processed vegan diet.

I like my green smoothies, kale, bananas, and usually frozen fruit, blended with as little water as possible. Smoothies have no added fats like when you eat salads. leafy greens is where its at for nutrition and weight loss.
