My favorite quick dessert is a smoothie, that tastes like a creamy chocolate milkshake only healthy... 2 tablespoons of raw cacao powder 4 tablespoons of chia seeds stevia powder to taste (I like Now Foods Organic Stevia) 2 cups of water, blend until very smooth add a large glass of ice, and blend again...
