  • I love MFP. My journey has not been an easy one but I do not think I would have been as successful without MFP. There is so much support on this site. I used another site for a little while but this site makes it so much easier to log food and exercise.
  • Thanks. I went to allears.net and that is helpful. It at least gives me some idea. This will be our last trip to Disney for a while since our son will be off to UGA next year and since Disney is the ONLY vacation for us I just do not want have any regretful feelings on return.

  • I have the same issue. I do the trampoline for about an hour a day sometimes more. I have no idea how many calories are burned. Right or wrong I have been using a pedometer and logging the calories that way.

  • You may not like this but it works for me. I use Metamucil (sugarfree) 30 min. before every meal. It will cleanse you and the bulk forming fiber keeps me full. Not to mention it is way cheap and one good sized container can last about a month.
