That scares me a bit... ;) I swear to God all of my fat is belly to knee. I didn't even know knees could be fat! :) I don't want lots of muscle to take the place of the lots of fat... I want toned legs, but not huge legs...

My calories are set to 1200, then whatever I exercise off is added to it.

If you want to wait but are starving, grab a quick banana first. They can be filling, and the potassium helps me so I don't end up with charlie horses after biking.

Do you have a Stop & Shop where you live? Here, they have an organic aisle with these great oatmeal packs... The pack itself is a measuring cup, so it is also easy to bring to work. You just dump it into a bowl, fill water to the line then into the bowl, microwave for 2 minutes and you are good to go. Pair it with a banana…
