Same here, I am pretty active but I do not make good food choices. It is always I start tomorrow or only 1 will not be to bad. I need accountability because being accountable to myself right now is not enough. Sounds like you are on the right track - You will be successful!!!!

Hi Cheryl, I totally understand where you are coming from... since I turned 40 it seems like it is much harder to lose weight. I have been using MFP for a while but have not been as good as I should about tracking my food so I have to get back on track, add me if you like.

I am 40 and 5’3” my issue is the fact that I cannot get in the grove and stay there. I started out at 171 and did good for a while down to 162 but could not move past that point. Now back up in the 170s (I cannot bring myself to stand on the scales today) I’ve been on MFP off and on for a few months, back to in the grove…
