I had 8 teeth out in Nov 2010 at once. All wisdom and back molars. It was not fun. I survived on mashed potatoes, applesauce, scrambled eggs, sugar free pudding/jello and soup. Interesting....i read an article a long time ago that said COLD was better because you burn more calories since your body has work to warm up the water in the digestive phase. Don't know how much truth there is to this. Hot/Cold...whatever, I am gonna drink it the way I like it anyways..lol

I have the opposite problem. They are all to small! My husband drags me to sports authority all the time and then wonders why I am bored. They don't sell anything over an x-large and I need a xx-large. Its so frustrating.

If you are giving it to much thought then so am I! My hubby doesn't provide much support when it comes to eating other then to tell me, " you shouldn't eat that cuz your on a diet." I have the same problem but only in my right foot. Hurts on elliptical and on the bike I ride at the gym. I sometimes were an ankle brace and that helps. My 10 year old loves it when I brown the stew meat with peppers and onions and then let it simmer in spaghetti sauce until tender He loves it served over rice. Look for an organic sauce or make your own! Also go for brown rice! :)

I love a strawberry banana smoothie with a scoop of chocolate protein powder. I get my protein and it helps sweeten the smoothie. Also instead of sugar i would suggest a spoonful of splenda!
