My advice: 1. A smartphone can turn running into a game. Apps can help you set goals, tell you what to do in order to build up your endurance. Tell you how you're doing, and track your progress. And give you endless supply of something to listen to, whether its music, audio books, or motivational speaking. Its a given. :)…
