level 2 day 7, bit of a break but back on the straight and narrow

bad luck on the eye injury, hope you are back firing on all cylinders soon, level 1 day 7 for me, push ups and the last set for abs are the hard bits for me, 3 lb weights all through this time

level 1, day 5, used 3lb weights (litre bottles of water) today instead of cans of beans (1 lb) - tougher but do-able, but suddenly unable to do any push-ups and mega issue with final set for abs. DAY 2 LVL 1 done, got up at 6.45 - did it before work, planning cardio tomorrow but have to go to dentist, so probably another shred tomorrow and cardio wednesday. hope I wake up in time, hope early shredding helps me stay on track with food through the day.
