I started playing around w the Trader Joes Peanut Flour. I add a little water and I've got a pretty tastie peanut butter substitute. 1/4 cup is only 110 calories. Of course if I add oil it's more peanut buttery but the water works for me. And it's cheap for a 1lb bag.
