If you've just started eating coconut oil, you might not want to eat 3T all at once. :smile: Start with 1T per day, perhaps in small portions. Coconut oil is wonderful stuff and good for both your insides AND outsides. I like it in my coffee, as well, and, all told, probably eat 1-2 T of it a day. The cold-pressed, unrefined stuff is best.
