Discovered I have a actual genetic reason for my weight..got the cure..going on 2 months and feel amazing with cure..stopped sugar carvings to once a month..have found my zone finally. Love it, I do the same thing. I walk 30 min a day listening to Jars of clay radio on pandora. I don't know how much I have lost because I am weighing myself at my doctors in 2 weeks.

Went to Costco and didn't eat any samples and they had chocolate ones too, those were the worse because it was valentines weekend

30 min on the treadmill 5xs per week. I eat around 1200 calories per doctor's orders.

I would be talking to a doctor. I would do this with regular food and found out I was at the beginning stages of liver and heart failure at the age of 32..not to mention an aria of other problems and I don't drink a drop of liquor.

I loved being 182 which is my goal now that I have had the medical go ahead to lose the weight I gained due to medical problems. I had lots of fun shopping and picking clothes that I loved and they actually FIT.

You did great. Don't let NEIGH SAYERS put you down. That isn't a fast loss, just a perfect loss. My doctor recommends 1-4 lbs a week to lose weight even if you are close to your goal. Your body will naturally adjust to what you are doing.

I have to eat real low (net 1200 to 1300) to lose weight because of my bodies way of losing weight. I have also found if I eat real clean, I don't have to eat real low like my doctor recommends.
