Weight watchers makes things simple
Points are so easy for me and so much less stressful than worrying about calories, I am feeling great and love my points system. I decided to start writng things down on my journal and not on mfp, it seems to work better for me and I am on here for moral support.

How is everyone doing on their progress? I have been points cycling and have been eating low and then high and so on. I don't know if it is working because I have stayed off the scale for 2.5 weeks. MFP versus Weight watchers
I have noticed people making a big stink over Weight Watchers versus MFP lately and I have found that MFP and weight Watchers are the same essentially. In Weight Watchers they give you a minimum amount of calories to eat and give you the choice to eat back your exercise calories and so does MFP.
