Is SOY good or bad?

I don't have concerns about soy in the fairly limited quantity that I might eat/drink it.0

I think "bad" would only apply if you have an allergy or sensitivity to it.0

Not good if you have any thyroid issues. I have also heard many products are made from GMO soy and may not be as good.0

Some people argue that soy elevates the risk of breast cancer and such, but it's such a staple vegetable protein for vegetarians.0
