sluggish Adrenal and estrogen dominant

After many years of being told there was nothing wrong with me I finally got full blood work done and surprise surprise I have a sluggish adrenal gland and I am estrogen dominant and I also have endrometroisis. This has been a huge problem with me losing weight for apparently several years. It doesn't always show up on blood tests and many doctors don't know what to look for so choose wisely, I went to a naturalpathic physician they are a huge help.

Anyway, if you are having trouble or if it seems impossible to lose weight, please get your hormones and everything else checked to make sure that you don't have underlying issues. It has taken me my whole life to get answers now I am getting treated.
