i like vodka and redull. the new redbull has no calories and vodka has about 80 per shot so a few drinks have never killed my diet.

i have been doing it for about 3 weeks now and its working really well. it helps having the app since im always on my ipad or my blackberry. add me if you want. i post all my stuff and don't cheat at all. if i go over i don't lie about it. i figure im only lying to myself
