You need to check out Bob's Mill's products. I LOVE THEM, he has gluten free rolled oats so you can do oatmeal. I do 1/4 cup oats, with 1 tsp honey and 1 tsp light brown sugar, 1/4 cup skim milk and 1/4 cup water. Its great.
