My downfall is being rushed in the morning and not making a lunch then I go buy a less healthy one, so I always try to make a little bit extra dinner the night before and reserve an extra portion for my lunch. That way it's already prepared.

I would say that even lots of healthy foods contain lots of calories, and not so healthy foods obviously don't always contain the nutrients your body needs. That is so great! My dream is to some day run a marathon with my sisters, most of whom are runners. This won't happen for quite a while, but just reading your story makes me feel that I could possibly at least succeed in a C25K program. Thanks for the inspiration.

Definitely my upper body. I have pretty slim legs and no butt, but large breasts. I would say that someone of my weight generally would wear a pants pants bigger, but I can't fit in to button down shirts of that same size. Worst body type ever!!

I think it is important to remember that those high fat high carb not-so-good-for-you foods we all enjoy shouldn't be thought of as "the enemy" or something to be feared.
