Okay. I'm in. Starting weight (as of October 3) was 148.6. Weighed in last week at 148.8. I weigh myself first thing Monday mornings (keeps me accountable on the weekends) so I'll have that number off to you first thing tomorrow. :-)

Eat before you fall asleep. Start eating after you wake up. People worry about too much insignificant stuff. In MY humble opinion. And NO.... your metabolism does NOT slow down at night.

There is non fat milk out there that has all the curds and whey to give it the consistency of 2%. You should try finding some... the fat in 2% milk is ridiculous.

Half cup whole oats (not the quick-cooking stuff), one cup non-fat milk. When it's almost done, I slice a banana into it. No need for sugar doing it this way. The banana is sweet enough.

I've run a few marathons, did a couple wearing an HRM, and I burned between 2700 and 2900 calories. Took me more than four hours to do that. If you're in a gym and burning 1000+ calories after an hour and fifteen minutes, I'm bagging the marathon scene and doing what you do.

Folks, protein does not turn into fat and carbs do not turn into fat. Calories are STORED as fat.
