I agree. Apple Watch is not tracking either. I've tried it on the app and on the desktop versions and nothing. Also, on desktop, when I go to Exercise settings, it loads the Food settings. I'm still on the trial period. If this can't get worked out, I'm cancelling the Premium subscription. This is ridiculous!

You're lifting so go with a protein powder you can make with almond milk (make your own.... it's easy). Don't go the low-fat, non-fat route. They strip the fat out and add sugars for texture. Soak the beans overnight in salted water in the fridge. They'll be as ready to use as canned by morning. I went to the Tracker and signed up under Mission Slimpossible (it's a Tom Cruise thing). I didn't see where I could "save" my entries. If I'm doing this wrong, please let me know. I'm on a Mac and have zero experience with Google drive. Thank you for setting this up - looking forward to it!

Lifting weights does not make you gain weight. It takes an average woman who trains well a full year to add ten pounds of muscle. Lifting weights increases muscle mass and increased muscle mass raises your metabolism which in turn burns more fat. Lift weights and watch that weight come off.

Wrap them in parchment and cook on the grill with a sprig or rosemary, oregano, and lemon balm. The vacuum stuff is rather nasty but better than nothing. Buy fresh if you can.
