Thank you, @trooworld. Finally figured it out. The problem was with my macros - switched everything around and dropped the two pounds. I also started weighing myself daily. It's the only way I can tell if what I'm doing is working and if I'm trending in the right direction.

I suspect I will see significant weight loss over the next 18 months. I got my Invisaligns yesterday. Have to wear them 22 hours a day. Can't eat with them. Can't drink with them (except water). I agree. Apple Watch is not tracking either. I've tried it on the app and on the desktop versions and nothing. Also, on desktop, when I go to Exercise settings, it loads the Food settings. I'm still on the trial period. If this can't get worked out, I'm cancelling the Premium subscription. This is ridiculous!
