I would recommend investing in a Polar HRM - great way to track calories and keep motivated during exercise. A basic one with just heart rate and calories should be under £40. Good luck!

Watch out for movie theater popcorn as well 600 calories in a Small and a whopping 1000 in a large!! You think popcorn is healthy - so not!! I agree with that second point when I go to bed hungry I really wake up not feeling hungry and it is the opposite of when I eat just before bed time. I wonder what the science for that is? Of course I struggle to sleep on a hungry stomach so it is hard to keep it going.
