So are you all breaking fast on Sat 31st or waiting until Sun 1st Feb? I've done Dry Jan before in 2013, found in super easy and pretty much didn't drink until Easter 2013. But this year I'm counting down to Feb, really craving some red red wine!

Take measurements usually when I kick off I loose 5 - 7 lbs right off the bat and then stop for a bit while the rest of me realises I'm shrinking. You are doing well!

One day once in a while shouldn't be a problem, just have to make sure you get a good work out in before hand and then just enjoy it. Having a tool like MFP can help you figure out what you need to burn on those off days. Enjoy it and use the tools you have!

Movie theatre popcorn, large with butter is over 1000 calories, the small is 600 calories! The cheesy nachos are a better choice, who would have thought. Now I just pop my own, still around 350 cal for a small bag :(

I'm doing the no alcohol in Jan thing as well, did it last year and felt good. This Sat, I expect I'll be drinking 2 glasses of wine as I had to push back an evening out from Dec to Jan and it includes wine. But I'll just do an extra week dry in Feb. I'm not a big drinker I prefer my calories to come from carbs like bread…

FOOD motivates me, if I wake up early and work out I know I can eat what I like the rest of the day. So easy to get motivated if you like to eat :) It also helps when you find an exercise you can't live without. Very bold of you! I can totally relate to flab abs great term for it. Other things bother me but my most annoying is Flab Abs!! On the 2 boobs - surely a good bar would solve that problem?
