With a BMI of about 20 I am most like someone from Eritrea.

It is interesting to see how much bigger people in Micronesia, Tonga and Croatia are compared to the United States. Frankly, I was surprised to see the United States with the 6th highest average BMI ranking in the world. My guess would have been 3rd or 4th.

that's b/c bmi is pretty arbitary... i think ppl from us aus mexico are still way fatter than those other countries with higher bmi, given that as far as i know the majority of the population is built pretty big to begin with and i would assume (from the polynisians i know at least) that those populations have a lot more LBM than other obesity epidemic regions, however i think a lot of those countries have recently adopted a much more processed diet so i could be way off, either way bmi is highly flawed, and pretty irrelevant to health and the obesity epidemic is still very huge problem

bad pun sorry also worlds worst speller X[

Considering I started out at a BMI of higher than 48, (which made me have a higher BMI than 100% of females in my age group both nationally and globally), I think I'm moving in the right direction. I'd be interested in going back and doing this once I've reached my goal.
