Yes, but mine started after having children and then slowed down. My hormones were way off. I started using Biotin (which is good for hair, nails and skin). Absolutely. During the evening while I'm watching TV, I will log on and adjust what I ate extra that is not logged or what I did not eat and enter my meals for the following day. This keep me on track and I tend to stick with the plan.

I took a one semester break from night classes and was regular going to the gym, but since the fall semester started, I stopped going to the gym. Hello everyone, Last week their was no change in my weight, but at least I didn't gain any weight. Two weeks ago weighed in at 186, this week weighed in at 184. I really enjoy reading everyone post, it helps me be accountable.
