  • I've started sleeping in my workout clothes some nights. Lol! I get up at 5am as well. It is tough, but knowing that you took care of it first thing in the morning is a great feeling! Good luck!

  • I had my fourth child 5 months ago and the weight just isn't coming off like it did in the past. My current weight is 157 and I weighed 133 pre-pregnancy. Lots of work to do!! Good luck to all of us! :-)
